Home Office Update

Exciting News!  Remember the chair that got away?  My countless trips to Homegoods paid off because I found it there this weekend!  (it's actually not the exact same one but I actually like this one more)
What better time than now to give you an updated tour of my home office!  Here's where it started.
My gorgeous Cynthia Rowley chair in all it's glory
World Market Josephine Desk | Target Crystal Ball Lamp (similar here)

Ikat Throw Pillow from Homegoods

C.Wonder French Bulldog Chevron Plate (similar here)

Here's the Question
Do I paint the legs white or are you ok with the black?   I'm thinking about leaving it as it is.

  1. The chair looks great! I'd leave the legs as is, I like the contrast.

    1. Thanks Jenny! I agree- I like the contrast too- especially since the railing is a dark wood tone.

  2. Hi Kelly,
I like your blog!I am a Home Goods addict and I always find great "look for less" items there. I have purchased almost all of my lamps there. I found a great pair of lamps last year for my great room that were virtually identical to a lamp I saw at Arhaus furniture for over $300. I only paid about $40 each for mine! I just started my own interior design blog I have pictures of my great room with lamps on either side of my sofa. Drop in and take a look at designerelish.blogspot.com

  3. Your home office is so simple and elegant! Many people think offices should be big and grand, but this is the perfect way of telling them otherwise. The simplicity and contrast is great for a stress-free office environment.

  4. Amazing chair also I like that frame. Can you tell me how much cost for decor this type of office?
